Terms of Service — Agent Book Writer

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service are entered into between you and Northstar Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our"), operating the Service under the brand name Agent Book Writer. By using Agent Book Writer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Agent Book Writer, a product of Northstar Solutions LLC, provides AI-assisted writing, formatting, and publishing support tools. Outputs are generated based on user inputs and may contain errors.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Pricing, subscription tiers, and usage limits are shown at checkout or on our pricing page.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
You can cancel anytime in your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.
Refunds are offered within 14 days of first purchase if you have used fewer than 20 credits/exports. Contact amipurelife@gmail.com for billing issues.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate laws or infringe intellectual property
Generate or distribute illegal content, hate, harassment, or sexual content involving minors
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
Upload malware or bypass security measures
Use the Service to impersonate others
Generate content that violates platform policies (including Amazon KDP rules)

6. User Content & Responsibility

You are responsible for:

What you upload, generate, publish, or distribute
Ensuring your content complies with Amazon KDP policies and all applicable laws
Reviewing and editing AI outputs before publishing

7. Ownership & License

Your content

You retain ownership of your inputs (prompts, manuscripts, uploads).

Outputs

To the extent allowed by law, you own your outputs generated from your inputs. However:

Outputs may be similar to content generated for other users
We do not guarantee outputs are unique or non-infringing

License to operate the Service

You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

8. Intellectual Property (Our IP)

The Service, software, UI, branding, and underlying systems belong to Agent Book Writer. You may not copy or resell the Service.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third parties (payments, analytics, AI providers). Their terms may apply.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE OR ITS OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, COMPLETE, SAFE, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE.

We do not guarantee:

Acceptance of your books by Amazon KDP
Rankings, sales, reviews, or income
Error-free outputs, formatting, or compliance
That outputs are safe, accurate, or appropriate for any individual reader, end user, or use case
That outputs are free of bias, hallucination, or factual error

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Agent Book Writer, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, property damage, or damages arising from reliance on outputs of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or (b) the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the smallest amount permitted by applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You may cancel anytime.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Subject to Section 18 (Arbitration), you and Agent Book Writer agree that the state and federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes not subject to arbitration, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

14. KDP / Trademark Non-Affiliation

            Agent Book Writer is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon or Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP). Amazon and KDP are trademarks of their respective owners.
        

15. AI Content Disclaimer

            Agent Book Writer uses AI to generate text and other content. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or resemble existing works. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring your final content is original, compliant, and lawful before publishing.
        

16. Not Medical, Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice

            Critically important — please read. The Service generates content across many topics, including health, nutrition, fitness, wellness, mental health, legal, financial, business, parenting, cooking, food safety, and other subject areas. All such content is for general informational and entertainment purposes only.
        

Outputs of the Service are not:

Medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for consultation with a licensed physician, dietitian, therapist, or other qualified healthcare professional
Legal advice or a substitute for consultation with a licensed attorney
Financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice
Nutritional or dietary recommendations validated for any individual
Food-safety, allergen, or food-handling guidance
Safety, engineering, or regulatory guidance
Professional advice of any kind

Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something generated by the Service. If you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately. You should not rely on outputs of the Service to make health, legal, financial, or other significant decisions without independent verification by a qualified professional.

You acknowledge that you use any output of the Service — and any publication, product, or material derived from it — entirely at your own risk and at the risk of your readers and end users.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Agent Book Writer and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your use of the Service
Any content you input, generate, edit, publish, distribute, or sell using the Service
Any product, book, guide, course, or other material you create or distribute using outputs of the Service, including without limitation any claims of personal injury, illness, property damage, financial loss, emotional distress, infringement, defamation, false advertising, or failure of any output to meet any need
Your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right
Any reliance by you or by third parties (including your readers or customers) on outputs of the Service

This obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

18. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS SECTION AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REQUIRES THAT MOST DISPUTES BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT, AND THAT YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and seated in Wayne County, Michigan (or, at your election, by telephone or video).

Class action waiver. You and Agent Book Writer agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing amipurelife@gmail.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

If any portion of this Section 18 is found unenforceable, that portion shall be severed and the remainder shall continue in effect, except that if the class-action waiver is found unenforceable, this entire Section 18 shall be null and void.
